He was born in 1955 in Penjwen township. He graduated from agricultural high school in Bakrajo and joined Komala organizations in 1976. In 1987 he became the head of the Penjwen organization and in 1979 he played a leadership role in the Penjwen uprisings. In 1981, he was appointed as the supervisor of all organizations in Penjwen, Sharazoor, and Halabja. He was wounded twice by chemical weapons in 1987. He was arrested by the regime in the same year and released two months later for his resistance and courage. After the Anfal, he was appointed head of a part of the Kurdistan Liberation Army. On #07-07-1990# he was arrested for the third time while buying weapons and supplies.[1]
