Biography
Khalid Muhammad Salih Qadir’s full name. Born (#01-01-1975#) in the Ablakh neighborhood of Sulaymaniyah. The stages of study and scientific studies are: He started his studies in 1980. In 1986, he completed elementary school at Salahaddin School in Sulaymaniyah. In 1992, he completed secondary school at the Islamic Institute in Sulaymaniyah. In 1996, on 29-06-1996, he received a bachelor’s degree in Islamic law from Duhok University. In 1997, at the request of the regional government and with four other friends, he was sent abroad to continue the education process. On 23-09-1998, he earned a bachelor’s degree in law from the College of Law at Khartoum University. He was the first college student. - On 29-09-2001, he obtained a master’s degree in the same field and the same college. - On 16-05-2005, he received a Ph.D. in the same field and the same college. Scientific degrees: He returned to Kurdistan in 2005 and was established as a teacher at the University of Sulaymaniyah’s College of Law and Political Science. In 2009, he was promoted to assistant professor. In 2015, he was promoted to professor and continues to be a teacher at the Law College.
During his tenure at various universities and colleges, he has discussed many scientific subjects and has been a teacher of state law for 16 years.
