He was born in 1970 in Kirkuk.
He has published more than 30 books and pamphlets in the fields of peaceful coexistence, human rights, Kirkuk issue, Anfal, media and literature.
He was the editor-in-chief of several magazines and newspapers, including Aran, Anfal, Gizng, Hashtaw Hasht, Kirkuk Amro, Doz
He has participated in hundreds of workshops and civil society courses and has given lectures in the fields of human rights, democracy, freedom, media and feminism.
In the organizations, in Pana Center he has served as the founding board, in Coexistence and Civil Society Organization as the founder, Help H International and other organizations.
He has participated in many courses inside and outside the country including Jordan, Iran, Italy, etc.
He took the Fulbright English course in Kirkuk in collaboration with the Office of American Relations and Thomas Weiss opened for more than (250) students of Kirkuk University
He was the head of Kurdistan Union of Journalists – Kirkuk Branch for 4 years.
In 2003, he was in charge of searching for mass graves in southern Iraq and visited dozens of graves in the provinces of Baghdad, Babylon, Najaf, Karbala, Basra, Samawa, Ammar, etc.
Since 2003, he has been in charge of several memorial conferences of writers and intellectuals in Kirkuk.
He was a guest at two hearings of the High Criminal Court for the Anfal case in Baghdad.
He has taken several courses on transfer justice and human rights compensation with UNAMI.
He has been honored by several institutions and centers including the Ministry of Martyrs and Anfal of the Kurdistan Regional Government, the Ministry of Culture of the Kurdistan Regional Government, the Ministry of Culture of the Iraqi Government, civil society and human rights organizations.
In addition to Kurdish, his articles have been translated into Arabic, Persian and English.[1]
