He was born in the year 1968 in the city of #Sulaymaniyah# south Kurdistan. He has a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the College of Management and Economics of Mosul University in the year 1990, and a bachelor degree in the English Language from the American University in Sulaymaniyah in the year 2008.
He is a specialist in the fields of Management and Economics, Public Relations. He has engaged in many Publications, Writing, and Translation. He worked on the editorial board of Rebazi Nwe (New Way) magazine from the years 1997 to 2000, he has written several articles and critical research for Awene News, Sharpress, Hawlati, Chawder, and Sabay websites Monitoring the local markets. He has done several researches for the UN agency FAO in Garmian, Sulaymaniyahy, Sharazoor, and Pishder on about 700 different villages in those regions.
He has been engaged in political activities. In the year 1983, he started his political career and became a member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK). He was a cadre of the organizations in the city where PUK politics has worked. He has worked in several higher institutions at the level of the Sulaymaniyah cities Organizational Headquarters, the Organizational Bureau, and the Political Bureau of the PUK. He was politically punished in 2009 for his political position. He was a member of the founding committee of the Gorran Movement in the 2010 general elections. He resigned in the year 2013 from the movement due to differences of opinion and rejection of dictatorship in the Gorran Movement.[1]
