لە ساڵی 1911 لە گەڕەکی #دەرگەزێن#ی شاری #سلێمانی# لەدایک بووە.
لەگەڵ ئەوەی ئەخۆل، پلەی خوێندەواریی زۆر کەم بووە، بەشێوەیەکی بچڕبچڕ، تا پۆلی 5ی سەرەتایی خوێندووە، بەڵام لەناو دونیای شیعرەکانییدا، ئەو وەک کەسێ وێناکراوە شارەزا لە زمان و گوزارشت و وێنەی بەرزی شیعریی.
ئەخۆل، هەر لە سەرەتای ژیانییەوە، بە شەیدای زمان و وشەوە کاری کردووە، تا لە تەمەنی 18 ساڵیدا لە چاپخانەی شارەوانی شاری سلێمانی کاری کردووە، لەو ڕێگەیەشەوە تێکەڵاو بە وشە و زمان و ئەدەبیات بووە.
ئەم چاپخانەیە، بڵاوکراوەکانی (ژین، ژیان) و چەندین بڵاوکراوەی سیاسی و ئەدەبی تری لێ چاپ کراوە. بەهۆیەوە، هەنگاوێکی زیاتر تێکەڵاوی چەندین شاعیر و نووسەری تری کورد بووە، لەوانە (#فایەق بێکەس# ، #شێخ نووری شێخ ساڵح#، مامۆستا #ئیبراهیم ئەحمەد#، #شێخ سەلام#) بەهۆی ئەو پەیوەندییەشەوە دەستی کردووە بە شیعر نووسین.
شیعرەکانی ئەخۆل، وێنەی شیعریی بەرز و ڕۆمانسی و نیشتمانیی و سیاسیین، دەقەکانی پڕن لە کێشانی تابلۆی ڕەنگاوڕەنگی خەیاڵ. شیعری (دڵم هەر ئەو دڵەی جاران) ە، نموونەیەکی دیاری شیعرەکانییەتی.
یەکەم دیوانی شیعریی لە ساڵی 1970 بەناوی (پەیمان و شیوەن) بڵاوکردەوە و دەنگدانەوەیەکی گەورەی لەنێوەندی ئەدەبی کوردیدا دایەوە، بەدەر لە شیعر نووسین، ئەخۆل بە کەسایەتییەکی قسەخۆش و نوکتەباز، ناسراوە و تا ئێستاش نوکتە و قسەخۆشەکانی لەسەر زار ماونەتەوە و باس دەکرێن.
ئەخۆل، شارەزایەکی زۆری شیعر و ئەدەبیاتی فارسی و عەرەبی و تورکی بووە. ئەم شارەزاییەی ڕەنگدانەوەی هەبووە، لە شیعرەکانییدا. توانیوویەتی چەندین ئەزموونی شیعریی جیاوازیی ئەدەبیاتی ئەو زمانانە بکات بە کوردی. لە ڕێکەوتی #29-06- 1988# کۆچی دوایی کردووە و لە #گردی سەیوان#، لە ئارامگەی سەدان شاعیر و نووسیاری تری کورد نێژراوە.
