سێ زیندانی سیاسی کورد کە لە زیندانی ڕەجایی­شاری شاری کەرەج کە سزای سێدارەیان بە سەردا سەپێندراوە، بەهۆی ئەوەی ناڕەزاییان دەربڕیوە سەبارەت بە قەدەغەکرانی سەردانی کەسوکارەکانیان بۆ لایان، لەلایەن بەرپرسانی ئەو زیندانەوە هەڕەشەی جێبەجێکردنی سزاکەیان لێکراوە.
بەگوێرەی هەواڵێکی کۆمەڵەی مافی مرۆڤی کوردستان، #زانیار مورادی#، #لوقمان مورادی# و#هوشەنگ ڕەزا#یی، لەلایەن بەرپرسانی زیندانەوە هەڕەشەیان لێکراوە و گوازراونەتەوە بۆ هۆڵی ژمارە دە کە تایبەتە بەو زیندانیانەی چاوەڕوانی جێبەجێکردنی بڕیاری لەسێدارەکەیان دەکەن.
ئەمە لە کاتێکدایە، کە لە ساڵی 2014دا بە ئامادەبوونی ساڵح نیکبەخت، پارێزەرەکەیان دادگایەک بۆ ئەو زیندانیانە بەڕێوەچوو و لە ئەنجامی دادگاکەدا، دادوەر دانی بەوەدا نا کە بەڵگەکان بۆ سەپاندنی ئەو سزایە بەسەر ناوبراواندا بەس نین و چەند شایەتحاڵێکیش لە دادگاکەدا ئامادەبوون و لە بەرژەوەندی ئەو زیندانیانەدا شایەتیان دا.
جێگای ئاماژەیە کە زانیار مورادی و لوقمان مورادی لە ساڵی 2009دا لەلایەن هێزەکانی وەزارەتی ئیتلاعاتی ئێرانەوە لە شاری مەریوان دەستگیرکران و لە ساڵی 2010شدا لە دادگای شۆڕشی تاران بەتۆمەتی کوشتنی کوڕی پێشنوێژی شاری مەریوان و هەڵگرتنی چەک دژی کۆماری ئیسلامی ئێران بە لەسێدارەدان سزا دران.
هوشەنگ ڕەزاییش، لە ساڵی 2010دا لە ڕۆژهەڵاتی کوردستان دەستگیرکراوە و بە تۆمەتی ئەندامێتی لە حزبە ئۆپۆزسیۆنەکانی ڕۆژهەڵاتی کوردستاندا لەلایەن دادگای شۆڕشی تارانەوە بە لەسێدارەدان سزادراوە.
