The Turkish government tolerates the whole responsibility in Afrin

The Turkish government tolerates the whole responsibility in Afrin
Documents

over 58 days ago The people's and women protection units YPG..YPJ and their allies of the Syrian democratic forces factions have shown a heroic resistance, and offered big sacrifices, surrounded by a popular support in the face a brutal aggression that violates the international law, planned by the Turkish leadership a long time ago. Under the pretext of the national security security, that has been accomplished in Afrin) Kurdagh( northwest of Syria, using all its abilities and army, which is the second in NATO, in coordination with Jihadist and expository armed factions, blessed by the international organisation of Muslim brotherhood, Al Qaida and the Syrian opposing coalition..the attacking forces in the region caused destruction and corruption, in the first village they have occupied in Afrin city today, destroying the intrafraction and targeting houses, schools, mosques and services foundations, as well as hitting archaeological and historical sites and damaging them, looting people's properties, in addition to killing civilians, kidnapping some people and insulting others.
Forcing the residents to exodus as a planned obligatory displacement and a painful tragedy.
Crowds of Homeless expatriates are in a pitiful humanitarian case. In the villages of Liloun mountain..Sharewa ..and in both Noboul and Al- Zahraa towns, as well as Al-Shahabaa villages..which are under the authority of Syrian army and Russian influence.
The Syrian government and the humanitarian organisations have not done their best yet. Even the only passage of Aleppo is still closed, where the catastrophic case requires an urgent solution . After the forces of occupation have expanded in Afrin city, they started with harsh violations, they destroyed and eliminated the symbolic statue of freedom..Kawa.. the ironsmith..at its eastern entrance ,which has a historical position in the depth of the Kurdish conscience, and that's an obvious indication of the hostility of everything related to Kurds, this is in addition to looting and stealing cars and vehicles from their owners forcefully and opening all stores and shops as well as people's houses then stealing their contents. The Turkish flag was also raised up on the buildings of the official foundations in the city.
According to the incidents and international law and treaties, Turkey is considered an occupied country and a temporary state that has no sovereignty in Syria as a stoppage part of the Syrian state lands, because it has become under the factual authority of the Turkish army, consequently, Ankara government takes the whole administration responsibility to protect civilians, their humanitarian and cultural heritage, with providing safety and living conditions for them.
This is according to the international humanitarian law and other world treaties related to the occupation of a country's land, until it returns to its citizens and the Syrian sovereignty, so Turkey is responsible for all the damages, that took place since the beginning of its military campaign in 20-january..so it's prohibited to confiscate or destroy the individual or common properties and practising the collective punishment, and it's not allowed to transport people collectively or individually who belong to the occupation authority to the occupied lands, and allowing the international committees of the red cross and the red crescent for doing their best.
It's the duty of the United nations and the security council to investigate the Turkish government for all the violations that are committed in the framework of its army authority. The effective world powers in Syrian situation, the United States of America, and the federal Russia particularly, take a historical responsibility for the consequences of Afrin situation which is subjected to the continuation of committing crimes against humanity.
The fondness of return to the homeland and clinging to the land don't leave the imagination of Afrin natives, therefore, it's the responsibility of the occupied country to facilitate the return of expatriates in safe circumstances.
