پێش ئەوەی کتێبی ئازادی یا تۆفانی د. حاکم موتەیری ببینم، خۆم پێشتر کتێبی (بونیادە سیاسییەکانی ئیسلام)م نوسییبوو، ئەم کتێبە لەوەی خۆم مەنهەجیتر و ئەکادیمیتر بوو، بۆیە دوای ئەوەی م.شەوقی عومەر نوسخەیەکی بۆ کۆپی کردم و لە هەولێرەوە بۆی هێنام، بڕیارم دا وەریبگێڕم، دواتریش لەگەڵ نوسینگەی تەفسیر ڕێککەوتین ئەوان چاپی بکەن، ئەویش بەسەرهاتێکی تایبەتی هەیە!!
ئەم کتێبە باس لە قۆناغە جۆربەجۆرەکانی گوتاری سیاسی ئیسلامی دەکات و بەبەڵگەی قورئان و سوننەت و سیرە پاڵپشتی بۆ دەبینێتەوە، ئەم جۆرە نوسینە بۆ ئه و ناوەندەی کاریگەر بوو بە سەلەفییەت تازە و نوێ بوو، کرانەوەیەکی باش و سەرنج ڕاکێش و بە پێزە..
ئەم کتێبە یەکێکە له و کتێبانەی لەلایەن بەشێکی باش و دیاری خوێندەوارانی ئیسلامییەوە پێشوازی لێکرا... چەندین جار دەسخۆشی تایبەتیم بۆ هاتووە... سەرەتا م.هیوا ڕەفعەت دیزاینێکی جوانی بۆ کرد و ئه و کات من ناوەکەیم بە: (ئازادی یا زریان) وەرگێڕابوو... بەڵام نوسینگەی تەفسیر پێداگرییان کرد لەسەر ئەوەی : (ئازادی یا تۆفان) بێت به و پێیەی (زریان) ناتوانێت واتای تۆفان بگەیەنێت و هەر خۆیشیان بەرگێکیان بۆی هەڵبژارد و دیزاینێکی نوێیان بۆی کرد... کەلای من تامی بەرگەی م.هیوای نەبوو(هەمان ئه و بەرگەشم هاوپێچ کردووە به و نوسینەی لە پشتەوەی بەرگەکەیدا هەیە).
