مەسعود بارزانی، بە بۆنەی ساڵیادی هەڵگیرساندنی شۆڕشی گوڵان پەیامێکی بڵاوکردە...
بەناوی خودای بەخشندە و میهرەبان
لە یادی شۆڕشی گوڵاندا پێزانینم بۆ ڕۆڵ و ماندووبوون و ئاوارەیی و گیانفیدایی هەموو ئەو تێکۆشەر و پێشمەرگە قارەمانانە هەیە، کە بەشداری شۆڕشی گوڵان بوون و مێژوو و شانازییان بۆ گەلی کوردستان دروست کرد. هەزاران سڵاو بۆ گیانی پاکی شەهیدانی شۆڕشی گوڵان و هەموو شەهیدانی کوردستان.
شۆڕشی گوڵان هەڵگری پەیام و ئامانجەکانی شۆڕشی مەزنی ئەیلوول بوو و، یەکێکە لە قۆناغە گرنگەکانی بەرخودانی پێشمەرگە و گەلی کوردستان و سەلماندی کە ئەگەر لە قۆناغێکدا خەباتی گەلی کوردستان تووشی وەستان و نسکۆ هاتبێت ئەوە ئیرادەی تێکۆشانی گەلی کوردستان هیچ کات نەشکاوە و بە گوڕوتینێکی تازە سەرهەڵدەداتەوە.
پەیامی شۆڕشی گوڵان کە لە بیست و شەشی ئایاری 1976دا هەڵگیرسا، پەیامی بەردەوامی و کۆڵنەدان و پێداگری بوو لە مافە ڕەواکانی گەلەکەمان و درێژکراوەی شۆڕشەکانی تری گەلی کوردستان بوو. بەرهەمی شۆڕشی گوڵان یەکڕیزیی هێز و لایەنەکانی گەلەکەمان بوو بۆ ڕاپەڕین و فیدڕاڵی و فرەلایەنی و هەڵبژاردن و بەرپابوونی دامودەزگەی هەرێمی کوردستان کە هەر هەمووی دەستکەوتی گرانبەهان و بە خوێن و فرمێسک و هاتوونەتە دی.
لەیادی چل و چوارەمین ساڵی شۆڕشی گوڵاندا جەخت لە پەیامی پێکەوەژیان و ئاشتیخوازیی گەلی کوردستان دەکەینەوە و خەڵکی کوردستانیش لەوە دڵنیا دەکەینەوە کە شۆڕش و خەبات و قوربانیدانیان بە فیڕۆ ناچێت.
