دەقی پەیامەکەی #مەسعود بارزانی#:
بە ناوی خودای مەزن و دلۆڤان
ئەمڕۆ لە کاتێکدا جەژنی پیرۆزی قوربان دەکەینەوە کە هاوکات سی و حەفت ساڵ بەسەر تاوانی ئەنفالکردنی هەشت هەزار بارزانیدا تێدەپەڕێت. لەو یادە تاڵەدا خۆشیی جەژن و حوزنی نەبوونی ئازیزانمان ئاوێتەی یەکترن و قەسیدەیەکی (ئەلموتەنەبی)ی شاعیر چەندە گونجاوە بۆ ئەمڕۆ کە دەڵێ: بە چی حاڵێک هاتیەوە ئەی جەژن، وەکو جارانی یان هەواڵێکی نوێت پێیە.... ئەمە حاڵی هەموو ڕۆژ و هەموو سات و هەموو جەژنی ئەو ئافرەتە بارزانیانە و هەموو کەسوکاری ئەنفالە کە ستەمیان لێ کرا و دەیان ساڵ لە چاوەڕوانی ئازیزانیان بوون کە بە زوڵم بردران و ئەنفال کران. بەڵام هەر ئەو ژنە قارەمانانە بە سەربەرزی و عیزەتی نەفسەوە بەرگەی خەمی لەدەستدانی ئازیزانیان گرت و بەرەو لووتکەی بەهاکان هەڵکشان.
لە درێژایی ساڵدا کەم ڕۆژ هەن یادی کارەسات و تاوان و زوڵمێک نەبێ کە دەرهەق گەلی کوردستان نەکرابێت. تاوانی وا گەورە و نامەردانە کە لە مێژووی مرۆڤایەتیدا بێوێنەن. گەلی کوردستان دەیتوانی تۆڵە بکاتەوە، بەڵام دەستی بۆ تۆڵەسەندنەوە نەبرد و ڕێگەی بەخشین و کردنەوەی لاپەڕەی تازەی گرتەبەر. چونکە فەرهەنگی گەلی کوردستان جیایە لە فەرهەنگی نامەردان و شۆڤینیەت و داگیرکاری.
لەو یادەدا هەزاران سڵاو بۆ گیانی پاکی بارزانییە ئەنفالکراوەکان و هەموو شەهیدانی ئەنفال و شەهیدانی ڕێگەی ئازادیی کورد و کوردستان دەنێرین و باشترین وەفایش بۆ خوێنی شەهیدان و قوربانیدانی میللەتەکەمان، یەکڕیزی و برایەتیی نێوانمان و، خۆشەویستیی نیشتیمانە.
