belgischen Botschafter im Libanon
Belgien hat sechs Frauen und 16 Kinder aus IS-Familien aus Nordsyrien zurückgeholt. Das Übergabedokument wurde von dem belgischen Botschafter im Libanon und dem Außenbeauftragten der nordostsyrischen Autonomieverwaltung unterzeichnet.

Die Autonomieverwaltung von Nord- und Ostsyrien hat am Montag sechs belgische Frauen und 16 Kinder aus IS-Familien an die belgische Regierung übergeben. Vorangegangen war ein Besuch einer Delegation des belgischen Außenministeriums unter Leitung des Botschafters im Libanon, Hubert Cooreman. Die Delegation wurde in der Abteilung für auswärtige Angelegenheiten von dem Außenbeauftragten der Autonomieverwaltung, Abdulkarim Omar, und seinen Stellvertreter:innen Fener El-Giêt und Ebîr Eliya empfangen.

In dem Gespräch wurden die Angriffe auf Nordostsyrien und die von der Türkei angedrohte Besetzung weiterer Gebiete thematisiert. Weitere Inhalte waren die wirtschaftliche und humanitäre Lage in der Region und insbesondere in den Auffang- und Internierungslagern. Omar warnte vor einer neuen Fluchtbewegung, wenn die Türkei grünes Licht für eine Militäroperation bekommen sollte. Gleichzeitig werde der IS in Aktion treten, um erneut eine Territorialherrschaft in Syrien zu errichten.

Autonomieverwaltung ruft Herkunftsländer zur Verantwortung auf

„Wir haben einen Aufruf an die internationale Gemeinschaft gerichtet, einen Gerichtshof für die Verfahren gegen die internierten IS-Mitglieder zu gründen. Außerdem haben wir die Herkunftsländer aufgefordert, Verantwortung für ihre Staatsangehörigen zu übernehmen. Um die Sicherheit und die humanitäre Lage in den Haftanstalten und Lagern der Autonomieverwaltung zu verbessern, fordern wir Unterstützung. Nur so können Terror und Gewalt beendet werden“, sagte Abdulkarim Omar in dem Gespräch.

Die belgischen Behörden bestätigten am Dienstag die Rückführung von sechs Frauen und 16 Kindern aus Syrien. Es handele sich um die zweite Repatriierung nach der Rückholung von sechs Frauen und zehn Kindern im Juli 2021.

Deutsche Bundesregierung scheut offiziellen Kontakt mit nordostsyrischen Behörden

Die Autonomieverwaltung von Nordostsyrien hat 2021 insgesamt 324 Kinder und Frauen aus IS-Familien an ihre Herkunftsstaaten übergeben. Deutschland hat zuletzt im März 27 Kinder und zehn IS-Dschihadistinnen zurückgeholt. Im Oktober 2021 wurden acht Frauen und 23 Kinder mit einem Charterflugzeug nach Deutschland ausgeflogen. In beiden Fällen wurden die Rückführungen trotz offizieller Übergabeprotokolle in mehreren deutschen Medien als angebliche „Rettungsaktion“ und „Geheimoperation“ dargestellt. Die Bundesregierung scheut offizielle Kontakte zu den nordostsyrischen Behörden, um die Türkei nicht zu verärgern. In Nordostsyrien sind über zehntausend Kämpferinnen und Kämpfer für die Zerschlagung der Territorialherrschaft des IS gefallen.[1]
