He was born in 1968 in #Erbil#.
He has been working in politics since 1983, first in the ranks of the Socialist Party and later joined the Zahmetkeshan. He has been a member of the Central Committee of the Zahmetkeshan for more than 12 years and a candidate for the Iraqi parliament.
In 2004, he received his master's degree in private law from Sulaymaniyah University and was doctoral student in law at the same university.
He is married and has one child.
