Seydo Hazar, a patriot who worked for the Kurdistan Freedom Movement for many years, passed away on Saturday evening in Stuttgart.
Seydo Hazar was a patriot who worked for the Kurdistan Freedom Movement for many years. He was treated for prostate cancer for many years and finally got Alzheimer's disease. After staying in hospital for a while, Hazar was taken to his home about ten days ago. He died on 30 July.
Seydo Hazar, who was from the village of Harunan in Kurecîk, Meletî, was the father of martyr Meryem Çolak, one of the YAJK commanders and a member of the Kurdistan National Assembly.
His wife, who died in the 2000s, was also named Meryem but was known as “Pîrê” among patriots in Stuttgart.[1]
