He was born in 1969 in #Saqiz#. He started his music with singing and percussion. At the age of fourteen, he started playing the violin and studied with Rashid Faiznejad. He had a great love for Saz, Tar and Se Tar which are musical instruments made from string. He then learned Tar and Se Tar with Davood Azad for three years and successfully passed that stage. He went to #Tehran# to strengthen his artistic experiences and continued with Arshad Tahmasbi for six years and gained more experience in the instruments and notes. He started his artistic activities there and taught music to his students as a teacher and gave concerts in many Iranian cities, especially in Tehran, we can mention his success with Ali Asghar Shayezdi in Wahdat Cultural and Art Hall.
All these artistic activities of Mr. Behrooz Rezaii both as a student and as a teacher were an encouragement and support that provided him with the opportunity to go to Saqiz with friends and form and center for music education and training with the name Lawzhay Mukriyan group.
Mr. Behrooz as the head of the group at home and abroad plays a significant role.

Performing Kurdish music in several cities in Sweden.
He gave a live and television concert in Belgium.
Preparation of CD album #Erbil# by Behnam Tahiri and performance in Kurdistan cities of Iran and Iraq, all of which Behrooz Rezaii was the supervisor of the group.
He has been active in the field of music research as a friend and prepared the book One Hundred Bells and Colors written by him

Mr. Behrooz Rezaei is currently living in Tehran and is busy organizing many new folk songs and his own works and wants to record them in an academic and contemporary manner.
Some of Mr. Behrooz's latest artistic endeavors include composing eleven Kurdish maqams on commission from the Kurdish Institute in Turkey.
In which the great Kurdish poet and philosopher Ahmad Khani in his book Mam W Zin mentioned these Maqams and this workhas been recorded by the Turkish Parliamentary Orchestra and has been released as a CD and book in Kurdish, English and Turkish in academic centers in the country.
It has spread to Turkey and many European countries.
Behrooz Rezaii's latest work was a concert on the occasion of the Year of Mawlana with an Iranian group led by Mr. Pozhman Tahri and with the beautiful voice of our nation's original voice artist Mr. Shahram Nazeri in Vienna, Austria.[1]
