He was the son of Sayyid Hussein, son of Abdul Qadir, son of Ahmadi Sardar. He was born in 1873 in the village of Sargalo in Surdash district in a religious and patriotic family.
He learned to read and write as a child with famous teachers in the region and later became famous as a leader of the Naqshi sect and devoted himself to the service of this movement in Kirkuk.
Sayyid Ahmadi Khanaqah devoted all his wealth and finances to helping the poor and needy and his monastery has always been a place of shelter for people.
This pious man had a great social personality to the extent that he was respected even by state officials.
Sayyid Ahmadi Khanaqa was with the legitimate cause of his nation throughout his life and had a strong friendship with Sheikh Mahmoud Hafid.
All Kurdish political figures and Kurdish nobility had contact with him and he served them and gave them shelter when in need.
He has often been the refuge of activists whom the state tried to arrest.
The villages of Gop Tepa, Askar and Sargalo, which belonged to this family, have always been the nest of the strugglers of that time.
In most historical events of the past century, the name of Sayyid Ahmadi Khanaqa has been mentioned as a Kurdish and charitable personality. This great Kurdish man has served all Kurds without discrimination.
He always tried to use his social position to help the Kurds.
This great man died at the age of 79 and left us a lot of sovereignty.[1]
