In his own words:
I was born on #04-10-1957# in Kaneskan neighborhood of the city of #Sulaymaniyah#. But in my ID card it has been written that I was born in Qalachugha village of the Hamawand area of the Chamchamal township. I lived in Qalachugha village for seven years. In 1965, I went to Mawlawi Primary School for Boys in the city of Sulaymaniyah I finished the study in institutes in Sulaymaniyah. then I got a bachelor’s degree in journalism in the Netherlands.
My first writing was published in the year 1973 at the age of 16 in the newspaper Zhin, which was directed by Kakay Fallah. later I published various articles in many newspapers and magazines in the country and abroad. From the year 1991, I have been a member of the Kurdish Writer’s Association in the Raparin course. I am a member of the founding committee of the Kurdish Culture and Folklore Association. In the service of respected masters: Abdulraqib Yusuf, Khalid Dler, Mohammed Salih Saeid, Salam Manmi and Mohammed Salih Dler..etc.
At the beginning of the establishment of the Kurdistan Child Protection Association in 1991, I was a founding member of the editorial board of the children's magazine Papula, which belongs to the organization, until I left at the end of 1992.
I have three booklets published, in 1977 (A collection of Kurdish Folklore Riddles), in writing a story booklet for children, in Sweden in 1987 (The Lion and the Little Mouse).
