He was born in 1338 AH of solar calendar in Nawqalay neighborhood of #Saqiz# city. He started his education in Hikmat and Saadi schools and received his diploma in #Tehran#. He has been interested in painting since 1350 and has painted more than 300 paintings. He has painted many paintings twenty to twenty-five times he did not like it then he remade them. In 1362, Saleh Shamsi passed another stage in his art and since then as a painter he paid more attention to history, especially the history of his people and region and the time of the Medes. The Golden Necklace is one of the artistic, cultural, and historical efforts that Mr. Salih has made and was supposed to be installed in one of the beaches of Saqiz with a length of 9 meters. Salih Shamsi has opened many exhibitions during his artistic and cultural life, some of which are:

He has submitted six projects to the members of the Saqiz city council, which he hopes will allow him to install them in special places in the city This artist from Saqiz region signed his paintings under the nickname Izirta which was the old name of Saqiz in the pre-Mila period.[1]
