Teacher Jamal Abdul Mohammed Amin
On the morning of #18-10-1940#, he was born in the sarashaqam neighborhood of Sulaymaniyah, the only six.
At the age of five, he started studying at Sheikh Muheddin Al-Qazaqaya's Hujra and two years later at Ayubia School.
In 1957, he graduated from high school, and in 1962-1963, he graduated from the Chemistry Department of the College of Education at the University of Baghdad,
On 12/1/1964, he was established as a teacher at the Sulaymaniyah Revolution Center.
In 1967, he was appointed assistant to the center director.
In his lifetime, he had several ranks, such as:
Assistant Principal of Sulaymaniyah Boys High School, 1969.
Assistant Director of Kawa Central, 1970
Educational Supervisory, 1971
Deputy Chief of Staff of Sulaymanyah (Sirwan Jaff)
In 1968, he was asked to take up the post of assistant director of education in Sulaymaniyah, and he considered another teacher more qualified and did not take the post. He said, I have four years of service. How should I do it? I have a teacher, he is still teaching ?
In 1973, Director of Education in Sulaymaniyah Sami Hussein Nazim, he made teacher jamal assistant director of education in Sulaymaniyah, and was appointed director of planning.
Teacher Jamal had a session of six-month period, and it has not been implemented due to the deterioration of the political situation. So he joined the revolution on March 11, 1974, along with all the people who had left the city because of the fascist regime.
At Penjweni Boys' High School, he lectured, because the 12-grade class didn't have a chemical teacher.
After the establishment of the educational institutions in the liberated areas of Kurdistan, he was appointed as the assistant director of education in Sulaymaniyah and Kirkuk, and after the fall of the September revolution, he was forced to return to the city with the people.
From 1975 to the spring revolution of 1991, at his own request, he was a high school teacher of roshnbir school
In addition to his teaching career, teacher Jamal also fought politically, and in the early sixties of the last century, he contacted the PDK after completing his studies, in charge of the Sulaymaniyah branch and the boys' city committee. The High Committee for Girls of the Kurdistan Students union and a member of the Secretariat of the Kurdistan Youth union was elected to the secretariat office of the Kurdistan Teachers union on 10-01-1965, after participating in the second congress of the Kurdistan Teachers union,
Teacher Jamal was selected to the secretariat office of the union kurdistan.
He was an active member of the PDK's arrangements, particularly in the field of press and media. (Nawshirwan Mustafa, Mahmoud Mala Izzat and Rafat Mala Abdul-Rahman) were the directors of the branch. After the founding of the ENK, he was linked to its arrangements and was arrested by the Ba'athist regime on May 14, 1985, and released after much torture on January 21, 1986.
At the time of the establishment of the government's first cabinet, he was asked to take the post of education minister because the ministry had fallen to the PDK.
Nearly a year and a half, he was the first governor after the Sulaymaniyah revolution (#05-09-1992#- #05-03-1994#).
For nearly five years, he was minister of culture for the Kurdistan Regional Government (#25-07-1994#- #21-08-1999#). At the same time, he was supervised by the repetition of the general exam - with a third- and sixth-grade high school bachelor's degree.
Since January 6, 2001, teacher Jamal has been assistant to the Region's President and Secretary-General for Education(ENK), Higher Education, and Enlightenment.
Since #27-07- 2007#, he has been an active member of the Kurdish Academy in Erbil, head of the dialect committee, and a member of the dictionary committee of the academy.
He has participated in several seminars , published dozens of scientific topics, writings and criticisms in magazines and newspapers, and has made a repressive effort in both chemistry and linguistics, according to the bibliography prepared for him, in addition to the fact that some books are ready for printing, between 1979 and 2018, dozens of printed products:
He wrote 26 books alone.
He wrote a book jointly.
19 books have been translated by him.
19 books jointly translated.
The bibliography was published at the Tawar Hall in Sulaymaniyah at 5:00 a.m. on Thursday (July 4, 2019).
Teacher Jamal is a resident of Sulaymaniyah, is a very social person, a tired intellectual who has extensive contact with many classes, and visits many of Sulaymaniyah's funerals daily.[1]
