Khadr Kosari was born in 1967, but for several reasons his identity card is written as 1970.
He was from Pishder. He was killed on #23-12-199#3 at the age of 26 in Raswajeyani village of Sangasar-Qaladze district.
He is buried in Hawarabarza cemetery in Ranya. He has a son and a daughter. His mother was Dzeyi and his father was Pishder. His father passed away in 2019 and his mother is still alive. Before becoming a Peshmerga, he worked as a jeweler with his father. He participated in the Kurdish uprising in 1991.
He had a high ability in Kurdish language and especially his poems testify to Kosari's sensitivity and dominance in poetic imagery and psychological arts.
His poems have their own unique stamp that despite the beautiful view of nature, beauty and man, the courage to dominate language and play with words are a spiritual outpouring of pure feelings. Kosari had an amazing ability to compose poetry and instilled enthusiasm in all his listeners wherever he read poetry. He has a book published after him entitled Burkani Shi'r.[1]
