Hassan Amini
Biography

Hassan Amini
Biography

He was born in 1946 in the Afghan village of Qeshlakh in Saqiz, East Kurdistan.
Hassan Amini studied religious science between 1960 and 1969, in addition to receiving a mullah's license and teaching from his last teacher, the late Haji Mullah Rahman Tahiri, he received a license with the same title signed by Shafi'i jurisprudence teachers at the then University of Reasonable and Transcendental from Haji Sayyid Mohammad Sheikh al-Islam, Haji Mullah Khalid Mufti and the late Alama Mr. Ahmad Mufti Zadeh.
Between 1970 and 1976, he worked as an Imam and taught Islamic religion in a village called Tibet in Bokan. He also supported himself and his family through agriculture and cattle breeding.
In the autumn of 1976, at the official request of Alama Ahmad Mufti Zadeh, he left his responsibilities and work in this village and settled in Sina. In the same year, Mr. Ahmad Mufti Zadeh was elected as the Sharia ruler of Kurdistan. At the same time, Mr. Hassan Amini was appointed as the head of the Sharia Court.
After the establishment of Quran schools in Marivan and then in Sina in 1977, Mr. Hassan started teaching in these schools from the first day. At that time, the people's revolution against the corrupt monarchy had reached its peak and open demonstrations and marches were held especially in the big cities. Mr. Ahmad Mufti Zadeh was the leader of the revolution in some areas. At that time, most of the demonstrations were organized by the Quran School in Sina.
Hassan Amini was present in all the demonstrations and events of that time under the guidance of Mr. Ahmad Mufti Zadeh. He ran the Sharia court and some classes, ran the Quran school and traveled to most of the cities and towns of Kurdistan to inform and organize his people. He was responsible for the areas around the Qur'an Madrasah and the Iranian People's Revolution.
In 1979, during the turmoil in Kurdistan, Mr. Ahmad Mufti Zadeh left Sina and migrated to Kermanshah in order to prevent bloodshed. Hassan was on a pilgrimage at the time and after returning he went to Kermanshah and settled there.
A year after this incident, in order to manage the jurisprudence and legal affairs of Kurdistan Muslims, which Mr. Ahmad had managed himself until then, but due to his migration from Kurdistan, he entrusted this task to Mr. Hassan. Since then, thousands of families from different parts of Iranian Kurdistan and even Iraq have visited Mr. Hassan for jurisprudence and Sharia issues.
In 1990, when Mr. Ahmad felt that this task was somewhat difficult for Mr. Hassan, he appointed a four-member delegation called the Afta and Qaza Committee to facilitate and assist him. Hassan himself was one of the members of this delegation.
In 1982, after the arrest of Mr. Ahmad Mufti Zadeh and his comrades, Mr. Hassan Amini was arrested and sentenced to 15 years in prison by the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Kurdistan. He was released after three years and four months in prison.
Another of Mr. Hassan's activities is teaching. Teaching Tafsir of the Qur'an, Hadith of the Prophet, religious sciences and Islamic knowledge.[1]
