He was born in 1968 in the village of Grtiik in the Roste Valley of Balakayati region.
In 1988, he received a bachelor's degree in law from Baghdad University.
From 1997 to 2012, he was a refugee in Europe (the Netherlands and the UK).
Besides the mother tongue; he also speaks Arabic, Dutch and English.
He has been writing since 1986. He has translated 17 books from Dutch and English and published dozens of articles and legal and political research.
