He was born in the year 1360 of the Solar calendar AH which corresponds to 1982 AD in the city of #Saqiz# eastern part of Kurdistan. He completed his primary and secondary education and his diploma in Saqiz. He later entered Razi Technical University in #Ardabil# as a student of visual arts. Later after finishing university, he developed and trained in his sculpting techniques and from the works of the artist Behrooz Choopany we can mention the following works and achievements:

1- He participated in the second round of the provincial competition in between the years 1672-73 AH ..... Receiving third place.
2- He participated in the second round of art research competitions in the provincial competition in the years 1672 and 1673 AH, and was able to get first place.
3- He participated in the exhibition of paintings and sculptures while he was a senior year student at Saqiz High School.
4- He participated in the exhibition of the Art People Festival of Ardabil Research University in the year 1379 solar year AH.
5- He participated in the exhibition of the Art People Festival of Ardabil Research University in the year 1380 solar year AH.
6 He participated in the exhibition of Nali's poetry congress in the year 1380 solar year AH in Saqiz.
7- He participated in the 3rd Biennial International Contemporary Painting of the Islamic World.
8- He participated in the 6th Art Festival of Western Iranian Youth in Mariwan in the year 1385 solar year AH.

He is also the owner and head of the Hani Propaganda Center and currently lives in Saqiz.[1]
