He was born in the year 1968 in the city of Sulaymaniyah, South Kurdistan.
He has Masters and Doctorate in Constitutional Law.
He is currently the president of the Sulaymaniyah Juvenile Court.
He worked as a lawyer and forensic investigator. He was the district governor of Mawat, Zarayan and Sarchnar.
He was the deputy prosecutor general, worked as a judge in the courts of Sulaymaniyah, Chamchamal and Sharbazher, and is a lecturer in the College of Law and Politics of Sulaymaniyah University.
He has published three books in the legal and constitutional fields, five scientific papers and dozens of articles and interviews on legal and constitutional issues.
He was the Change Movement candidate in Sulaimani for the 2010 Iraqi parliamentary elections.[1]
