He was born in the year 1955 in Kirkuk.
In the year 1975, he Graduated from primary and secondary education in business in Sulaymaniyah.
In the year 1977, he Graduated from Teachers' College in Erbil.
From the year 1977 to 1979 he was a teacher in Awakala village.
In the year 1979 To study, he enters the University of Karachi in Pakistan.
In the year 1983, he Graduated from the College of Philosophy.
In the year 1985, he was able to get his Master’s degree in Philosophy from Karachi University.
In the year 1988, he got his Ph.D. in Hegelian Philosophy from the University of Karachi.
From the year 1987 to 1994, he worked as an assistant professor in the College of Philosophy at the University of Karachi.
In the year 1992, he Goes to Germany for postdoctoral studies in Heideggerian philosophy.
In the year 1994, he Moves to Australia.
In the year 1995, he became a Lecturer at Monash University in the Victoria province of Australia.
In the year 1997, he became a lecturer at the University of Lathrop, in the Victoria province of Australia. From the year 1997 to 2006 he became a lecturer at the Institute of Asia and the Orient at the University of Melbourne.
From 2006 to the date, he is a leading lecturer at the same institute.[1]
He has many books and articles that have enriched the Kurdish Culture.
