Editor-in-Chief of #Sulaymaniyah# Magazine Ahmad Hussein's full name is Ahmad Hussein Ahmad his pen nickname is Pezan. He was born in 1947 in Sulaymaniyah. He went to school in 1956-1957 and completed his primary and secondary education, and then he graduated from teacher's college in Sulaymaniyah in 1969-1970. On #31-03-1971# he became a teacher in the villages of (Kuradawe, Balkhe, Tlazeit). In 1977, the Ba'ath regime banished him to Nasiriyah province. He worked there in the school (Al-Farzdiq). After three years, he moved to Sulaymaniyah and in Kani Panka, Chaqlawa, Kharajyan, Zrguezala, and then Bekas and Kurdi schools he was a teacher. From the year 1990 to 2010 he worked as a teacher at Kirmanj school and later became the director of the school until his retirement on 01-07-2010, and he was the server of the education process. In the early 1970s, he became a friend of poetry and his passion crossed his heart and mind. He has written poems for his country's happy and sad times, and for his nation. He has published many works in Kurdish newspapers and magazines, such as Zhin, Hawkari, Karwan, Bayan. After the uprising, he continued to write in other fields, such as articles, research, children's literature, criticism, and memories. He appears in the following magazines and newspapers: Dangi Mamoste, Kurdistani Nwe, Khabat, Paristan, Hang, Aso, Jigargoshan, Papula, Jriwa, Gizng, Goran, Gullakan, Mandali Sardam, Sulaimani, Sulaimani Nwe, Nawshaq, Gizng, Hana, Nuseri Nwe, Halabja, Merg, Goran, Haftana, Dangi Zana, Payami Rasti, Shahid… etc. In addition to participating in the publication of several annual school magazines, etc. He also conceived the idea of the two Lockdown books of 1963 and 1985 and contributed to them in writing and poetry. From 1998-1999, he was a member of the editorial board of the children's magazine Jriwa. Until the end of 2020, he was the editor-in-chief of Sulaymaniyah magazine.
