Rahbar Ibrahim Saeed Sayed Braim Haji Sayed Saeed (Rahber Sayed Braim)

• Born on (27-07-1957) in Koya.
• Graduated from Sulaymaniyah Technical Institute in Sulaymaniyah and received a diploma in journalism.
• Department of Media / College of Humanities - Sulaymaniyah University and received a bachelor's degree in media.
• He became a Peshmerga on 3/7/1979. He was wounded four times during his Peshmerga career.
• In 1979, he became a member of the region. In 1981, he became the head of the Koya region of the Kurdistan National Union.
In 1883, he became the deputy of the Koya brigade. In 1984, he became the commander of the Koya brigade. In 1987, he was transferred to the Khalkhalan brigade. He was appointed a member of the commander-in-chief of the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces until the uprising.
• In 1991, he was in charge of the Koya front during the uprising.
Later he became the commander of the Koya battalion and then the commander of the 7th Koya battalion.
• In 1992, he became the governor of Shaqlawa, then he became the chief of staff of the Erbil regional command of the United Kurdistan Army, then he became the commander of the Koya regional command, then he was transferred to Karachugh A command in Erbil.
• In 1996, he went to the Netherlands for treatment of his Peshmerga wounds and for surgery. In 1998, he returned to Kurdistan.
• In 1999, he became the deputy headquarters of the Peshmerga organization, then became the administrator of the commander-in-chief and supervisor of the regiments of the secretariat of Comrade (Mam Jalal).
In 2001, he graduated from Qalachwalani College with excellent grades.
He started as a lieutenant and eventually became a lieutenant.
• In October 2005, he was appointed as the head of the Veterans Affairs Agency.
• He is the owner of the magazine (Journalist) and the supervisor of the media department of the Kurdistan Veterans Association. He is an active member of the Kurdistan Union of Journalists.
It has the identity of a global international journalist.
• Received the Kurdistan New Journalism Award and the Ministry of Culture of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
He has also received the Iraqiya Wa Al-Alam News Agency Award.
• He was awarded the Veteran Peshmerga Medal by Mr. Mam Jalal. He received the Peshmerga Honor Medal (1979) from the Deputy Secretary General of the Kurdistan People's Party (PKK).
• Received the Veterans Medal from the Head of the Executive Committee.
He received the Gardaloul Drama Award.
• On 25-08-2011, he was appointed head of the 14th headquarters of Koya for 7 years.
• On 25-12-2019, he won the first vote in the 4th Congress of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) on the Koya constituency, for a member of the leadership council.
• On 23-07-2020 became Head of the Press Bureau of the Kurdistan National Union.
• On 21/6/2020, in the second congress of the veterans, he won the first vote for the post of head of media in the veterans association.
• He is a member of Kurdish writers.
• He has 20 books.
