In 1966 he became a member of the Students Union and in 1967 he became a supporter of the PDK.
1971 Joined Komala Ranjdaran through Hassan Ni'mat.
1972-1974 Member of the YQK of Amedi and participated in the seventh congress of the YQK.
1974 Active member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK) and participated in the September Revolution.
1976 Joined Martyr Abdulrahman Shangari (Initial Detachments of the PUK) to create organizations and encourage the people for the new revolution.
He was imprisoned with his father in September 1976 until 1979 and his comrades Faraidun, Arsalan and others were with them.
