He was born on 13-05-1975 in the city of Sulaymaniyah, South Kurdistan.
He has a bachelor's degree in Law, and currently works as a consultant lawyer for 12 years so far.

He was one of the founders of the human rights curriculum that is now taught in secondary schools.
He has published a book entitled Gender Pact Between Law and Human Rights, along with two other booklets.
He was the editor-in-chief of the human rights magazine Message of Humanity.
He has worked as a lecturer with several organizations including (De Paul University, CDO, Norwegian NPA, DHRD, LCD, KEDO).
He has a large number of researches, articles, writings and publications in Kurdish and Arabic in various newspapers and magazines on (law, constitution, human rights, political analysis) and (by Kurdistan New newspaper) has been awarded twice.
He has been interviewed on numerous television, radio and Internet sites, both domestically and internationally.
He has conducted several conferences and seminars in different parts of the Kurdistan Region including (Sulaymaniyah, Erbil, Kirkuk, Garmian, Halabja and Sharazoor) on (law and constitution).
He was a volunteer lawyer in the Anfal case in the Iraqi High Criminal Court.
He attended a course in International Criminal Law in Dubai, UAE and received a certificate from the International Bar Association.
He was the preparer and presenter of the program (Towards the Constitution) on Kurdsat.
He was a member of several committees on the draft constitutions of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
