Journalist and member of the KDP. He was also the deputy minister of culture of Iraq. He died on 24-02-2019 in Baghdad.
He graduated from Baghdad University and holds a master's degree in law and politics from Sofia University. From 1986 to 2001, he was the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) branch in Europe.
From 2002 to 2003, he was an advisor to the Iraqi opposition newspaper Mu'tamari Ziman Hali, and for a while he was in charge of publishing the newspaper Khabat.[1]
