She is an expert in women's rights projects and language teaching for ESOL (English Language Teacher for Second Language) different nationalities and cultures. She has the ability to work as an individual and with a team to complete tasks on time in difficult situations.

Participation in conferences and seminars in many cities of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq (Sulaymaniyah, Erbil, Kirkuk) in the fields of law, health, human rights policy and women's issues.
She has written several projects in different fields (health, education, violence, human rights, gender differences) and implemented by the Women's Union in different regions.
She is the representative of the Women's Union in the Joint Network, which includes 24 organizations in Sulaymaniyah province.
She represented the Women's Union to participate in the drafting of the Iraqi constitution.
