Hat diyarkirin ku Zanîngeha Duhokê ji ber lêkolîn û karên ku li ser doza Kurdan kiriye, doktoraya fexrî-şanaziyê daye Îsmaîl Beşîkçî.
Serokê Zanîngeha Duhokê Dr. Dawûd Silêman Etrûşî li ser dayîna doktoraya fexrî bo Bêşikçî diyar kir ku wî di nava lêkolîn û karên xwe yê akademîk de rexne li reftara dewleta Tirkiyê ya li hemberî gelê Kurd girtiye û li ser vê yekê hatiye girtin û gelek zehmetî dîtine.
Serokê Zanîngeha Duhokê Dr. Dawûd Silêman Etrûşî got ku karên Îsmaîl Beşîkçî yên hişmendiya regezperestiyê ya li hemberî gelê Kurd şermezar kiriye, pirtûkên wî yên ku tê de parastina mafê gelê Kurd kiriye, Kurd di warê civaknasiyê de şîrove kiriye, her wiha bi awayekî zanistî rewşa civakî û jiyana Kurdan li Rojhilata Navîn nirxandiye, pir girîng in.
Di heman merasîmê de peykerê Îsmaîl Beşîkçî jî li Zanîngeha Duhokê hat danîn û doktoraya fexrî hat pêşkêş kir.
Her wiha Parêzgarê Duhokê Elî Teter, siyasetmedar û xwendekar beşdarê merasîma dayîna doktoraya fexrî bûn.[1]
