He was born in 1953 in the village of Ababayli in Halabja.
He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Halabja.
In 1977, he received a bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences from Sulaymaniyah University.
In 1974, he participated in the September Revolution.
In late 1975, he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Marxist-Leninist Committee.
On April 7, 1978, he joined the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces in Hawraman.
In 1978, he was in charge of the organization of Komala in Hawraman and Halabja and a member of the regional committee of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in Halabja.

1980 After the first conference of Komala, he was in charge of the organization sector of Komala in Halabja.
1981 Head of the PUK Regional Committee and Head of the Organizational Sector of Komala.
In the second half of 1981, he was the political leader of the third region of the PUK.
He was a member of all three conferences of Komala Ranjdaran Kurdistan and until 1983 he was a cadre and leader of Komala in Halabja, Hawraman and Sharazoor.
In 1984, he became a member of the central media of the Kurdistan Ranjdaran Association.
In 1985, he was one of the founding members of the Revolutionary Flag.
He was imprisoned in the mountains from November 1985 until spring 1988 over the revolutionary flag issue.
He left Kurdistan in 1989 after the Anfal tragedy and lived abroad.
In 1992, he left his party affiliation and worked in the field of writing, literary and political research.
Since 1988, he has been working in the fields of poetry and literature.[1]
