He was born in the city of #Kirkuk# on #01-07-1956#.
He has completed primary, secondary and high school studies in Kirkuk.
In the year 1979, he completed his higher education at the #Sulaymaniyah# Technical Institute, the department of administration and accounting with a very good degree. This allowed him to become a lecturer at the Kirkuk Institute in 1981. He later became a teacher at the Technical Institute in Hawija and lived there until 1989. Then this year he was in charge of the archives department of the same institute. In 19981, Ms. Inam Sadiq became his wife in Kirkuk. Now he has two sons and a daughter left behind.
He went abroad in the year 1997 because of pressure from the defunct Ba'athist regime.
In 1998, he was in the German town of Sele. He earned master's degree in accounting despite his age with a good grade.
Mr. Abdullah Sheikh Salman, known as a Kurdish patriot, founded the Kirkuk Friends Association in the year 2008, and until the beginning of his illness continued in the group's activities. In the same year, he was elected as an active member of Iraqi refugees in Germany.
Over the past few years, he has been publishing Arabic discourse on websites, and all his speeches have been a picture of far-sighted loyalty to the future of Kurds and Kirkuk.
