He was born in the year 1972 in the city of Mahabad, East Kurdistan. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Mahabad and received a bachelor's degree in music from the College of Arts of Tehran University and a master's degree in composition from the same university.
He began his artistic activities by entering the university in the year 1994 and has composed about 100 pieces of solo music pieces and also songs with the voices of Kurdish singers in the orchestral style of traditional and Kurdish music.
Shahinpour is currently working in the Central Radio and Television of Mahabad and the Directorate of Culture and Guidance of Mahabad as an instrumentalist, composer, singer and teacher of century and music. He has performed with many famous Kurdish singers like Aziz Shahrokh, singers Alaeddin Babashahabi and Adil Hawrami in various cities of Iran and the Kurdistan Region.
He has given concerts of Kurdish music and songs in many different European countries such as Sweden, Belgium and Poland with the help of Lauzha music groups and Checardi Mukriyan.
He has participated in various music festivals and Iranian Radio and Television Festivals with music groups from Mahabad and has won several important awards, including: Best Music of the Year of the Prophet in Isfahan, best Music Distribution in the 17th Iranian Radio and Television Centers Festival in Bandar Abbas.
In the year 2010, he won first place in the Fajr International Festival in Tehran and the Kurdish Festival in Sina as the supervisor, distributor and composer.[1]
