He was born in 1932 in the village of Alma Jooq in Chenaran city of North Khorasan province. He learned to play the dutar (a traditional musical instrument) for many years from Bakhshi Gari, including Awaz Mohammad Bakhshi Shahr Kangi, Khan Mohammad Bakhshi Qaytaghi, Ali Akbar Bakhshi Bash Aghaji and Mohammad Hussein Yegana Salman.
In 1941, Gholamrezayi presented a program with Mohammad Hossein Yegana on Radio Khorasan. He played the regional music of North Khorasan with a well-known and talented Kurdish musician named Bakhshi, Hamra Bakhshi, Gharib Ali Bakhshi Yahi, Haider Ali Titkanlooyi, Abbas Ali Bakhshi Zidanlooyi and Charag Ali Bakhshi Farkhani.
After the death of the leading musician of Kurdish music in North Khorasan, This Kurdish artist presented the most original melodies and music of this region, known as the art of Bakhshi Gary, skillfully to Bakhshi music lovers with his instrument and his beautiful voice.
Ali Gholamrezayi Alma Jouqi used to play the silk dutar in previous years, but now he plays the wire dutar. He has 35 books of narratives, each of which contains about 10 to 15 different forms of expression He knows it perfectly.
The talented Kurdish Kurdish singer and musician currently lives in the village of Alma Jooq in North Khorasan.[1]
