He was born in 1950 in Penjwen. He completed all his education in Sulaimani.
In 1976, he graduated from the College of Agriculture of Sulaimani University with honors and was employed as a teacher in the same college.
He then moved abroad for various reasons and settled in the Soviet Union. In early 1987, he received his doctorate in agricultural sciences. Since 1988, he has lived as a political refugee in Sweden.
Since his youth (particularly since the year 1963), he has been involved in political activities and Kurdish struggle in the ranks of the YQK and PDK. In 1970, he continued his political and national activities in the ranks of the Association of Kurdish Revival, Freedom, and Unity (Kazhik) and Kurdish Socialist Party (PASOK). Since 1981, he has completely resigned from party activities and is not a member of any political party.
The author has published dozens of articles in Kurdish newspapers and magazines inside and outside the country, and has attended more than 50 political, national, linguistic, literary and social conferences in Europe and Kurdistan. He has published 45 booklets and books with a total of 10,502 pages.
In 2005, he returned to Kurdistan and was re-employed as a lecturer at Sulaymaniyah University. In 2007, he was the editor-in-chief and linguist of the magazine (Charmo), which was a colorful academic, social and cultural magazine, published by the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of Sulaymaniyah University, in Kurdish. He retired in 2016 and published 28 issues. He was also a member of the editorial board of the journal Rihana, published by the Medical College of Sulaymaniyah University in Kurdish, but only two issues were published due to lack of funds.[1]
