Omar Hamasalih Ahmed - Omar Shirmari

Omar Hamasalih Ahmed - Omar Shirmari
He was born in 1953 in Halabja.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Kurdish language and literature.
He was arrested by the Ba'ath regime in 1977 and became a Peshmerga in 1981.
In 2002, he was elected secretary of the Kurdistan Teachers Union
In 2003 he became an advisor to the Ministry of Education - Sulaymaniyah Administration.
In 2004, he became the deputy of the Ministry of Education - Sulaymaniyah Administration
In 2006, he worked as an educational advisor to the Kurdistan Regional Government.
He passed away on #07-09-2020# due to coronavirus.[1]
