He was born in 1917 in the village of Davashari in Mahabad, East Kurdistan. He was a political activist and political prisoner. He was the director of the Kurdistan Printing House in the Kurdistan Republic.
Saeed Nakam first came to South Kurdistan from Mukriyan in the mid-1930s through Hussein Huzni Mukriani. He then settled in Sulaymaniyah and married Mrs. Malih Rashid Amini Jola. He had five children with Malih: Sherko, Narmin, Sharmin, Samko and Pshko.
When the Kurdistan Republic was established, he returned to Mahabad through Ibrahim Ahmad and remained there until the collapse of the republic.
After the fall of the republic, he moved to South Kurdistan and settled in Sulaimani, where he remained for a long time. He was then deported to southern Iraq. He has a number of important writings and translations.
He spent the last years of his life in Shaqlawa. He died on 02-02-2011.
Saeed Nakam (according to his son Pshko) wanted to be buried in Sulaymaniyah on his will. But that will is not fulfilled.[1]
