Hassan Nermo Darwish, born in Baadra in 1938, did not complete his elementary school because of their move from his hometown to the village of Nusayriyya at the beginning of 1950. He belonged to the organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party at the end of the fifties, with many of his Yazidi comrades at that time, including the late Ali Joqi and Hussein Baba Sheikh and Silo Khader, in Baghdad, he was arrested and tortured before the September Revolution because of his partisan activity at the time. He joined the September Revolution in 1951. He graduated in work and partisan rank. He was elected in 1966 to participate in the party conference at that time. He later became a member of the Shekhan local committee for the Democratic Party at its founding. He worked in The responsibility of the party organizations in Tel Kaif, Alqosh and Meriba after the March 1970 agreement. He was accused by the Baath Party because of its national and even religious stances during the kidnapping of a Yazidi girl by the Arabs at the time. An arrest warrant was issued for him. After the setback in 1975, he did not accept himself to hand him over to the party authorities. The Baath party, but joined with many of his companions to cross the border into Iran. In Iran, he did not accept humiliation from the authorities of the Shah. Rather, he contacted the founders of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, headed by Mam Jalal, to join them via Turkey to Syria on a long journey. He belonged to the organizations of the Union to participate later. With his comrades during more than a year in the military and political operations in the mountains, he remained on his principles to communicate with the Union until the fall of the regime in 2003 to become one of the advanced national cadres in the National Union in Nineveh, after that in 2005 he ran for membership in the Nineveh Provincial Council to become a member of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc As fate would have it, and because of the abnormal security conditions in Mosul , he was assassinated on 2006 by terrorist or counter-terrorism factions.[1]
