In August 1987 he was transferred to Badinan until June 1988.
In 1991, he was appointed as a brigade commander and participated in the liberation of Erbil and Kirkuk. Until 1996, he received several military ranks such as Brigade Commander, Deputy Battalion Commander, Deputy Force Commander, Force Commander, Regiment Commander.
After August 31, he was appointed commander of the 243rd Force of the 2nd Erbil Command.
In 2000, he was appointed vice commander of the 3rd Army.
He was later promoted to general.
He is now retired with the rank of brigadier.
He was wounded three times during battle.
He received the Gold Medal of the PUK's struggle from Jalal Talabani.[1]
