Dr. Chwas Hassan was born in 1972 in Qaladze, Sulaymaniyah province.
He completed his primary and secondary education in Qaladze.
In 1988, he entered the College of Science, Department of Physics, University of Basra, southern Iraq, and in 1993, he received a bachelor's degree in physics from Salahaddin University.
In 1999, he entered Salahaddin University again and studied law at the College of Law. In 2003, he graduated with honors.
In 2004, he received a master's degree in law from the College of Law of Salahaddin University. In 2007, he graduated with honors. His master's thesis is entitled The Nature of the European Union written in Arabic.
In 2008, he became a lecturer in the Department of Political Sciences at Salahaddin University.
In 2009, he began his doctoral studies in international law at the Arab University of Beirut in Lebanon and graduated with honors in 2013. His doctoral thesis is entitled The European Parliament: A Path to European Integration
Dr. Chwas has five books in Kurdish and one book in Arabic. His books on electoral systems, parliament and law.
He has published dozens of articles in Kurdish newspapers in South Kurdistan.
Lecturer at Salahaddin University, Department of Political Sciences. He has taught at the French Lebanese University and Ishq University.
He has taught Constitutional Law, Introduction to Law, Public International Law, Diplomatic and Consular Relations, and Principles of Administration.
He is married and has 3 children.
He still continues his academic work.
He has seven books, two of which are in Arabic
He is currently a lecturer in the College of Political Sciences of Salahaddin University.[1]
