Dr. Emad Abdulsalam was a prominent Iraqi historian and thinker who died in Erbil. The author had dozens of books and research on Kurds and Kurdistan.
In 2007-2008, Dr. Imad joined the Department of History, College of Arts, Salahaddin University from Baghdad University. He has written many unique books on the history of Iraq, the region and Kurdistan. When he came to Kurdistan, he increased his research and writings on Kurdistan history.
Prof. Dr. Imad Abdulsalam was a person of great potential, despite his advanced age. Despite his high rank, he was a very simple person and had an earthy character. He was also an artist and painter.
