He is a veterinarian and politician. In 1989, he was elected as a reserve member of the central committee at the 10th congress of the KDP. In 2003, he was in charge of the 14th branch of Mosul. In 2009, he was appointed as the ambassador to the Iraqi Foreign Ministry by a republican decree. In 2010, he was the representative of the 13th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in Erbil.
He was born in 1947 in Bamerni village of Duhok province. In 1963 he was a high school student in Duhok secondary school. He was sentenced to one and a half years in prison by the Mosul Permanent Military Court.
In 1965, he was admitted to the College of Agriculture of Mosul University. In 1971, he was a member of the committee of the College of Agriculture of Mosul University, affiliated to the Nineveh branch of the Kurdistan Students Union. He is fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, Persian and English.
In 1962 he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Students Union in Duhok secondary school. In 1970 he was a member of the Mosul Regional Committee of the first branch committee. On 07-07-1972 he joined the ranks of the Peshmerga forces. In 1973, he was in charge of Choman Veterinary Office in Erbil province. In 1975, after the collapse of the September Revolution, he moved to Iran. In 1975, he was in charge of Rabat refugee camp in Iran. In 1975, he worked in Naghadeh veterinary center in East Kurdistan. In 1975, he worked as a volunteer teacher in the refugee camp. In late 1975, he was transferred to Qazvin, central Iran, where he was temporarily employed at the veterinary center and later employed at the Jaff Brothers Agriculture and Industry. In 1979, he became a member of the eighth branch committee in Tehran. In 1986, he was a member of the Iraqi People's Support Conference in Tehran. In 1989, he was elected as a reserve member of the Central Committee of the KDP. On December 13, 1990, he was appointed a member of the Iranian Relations Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). In 1993, he was a delegate to the 11th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in Erbil. On Tuesday 12-01-1994, accompanied by President Massoud Barzani, he visited Mohammad Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In 1999, he was the representative of the Duhok Branch Committee in the 12th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. On September 31, 2003, he was in charge of the committee of the 14th branch of Mosul. In 2010, he was a delegate to the 13th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in Erbil. On 15-12-2010, he was awarded the Immortal Barzani Medal by President Massoud Barzani for his struggle and resistance in the September Revolution and May Revolution.[1]
