He was born in the year 1963 in the city of #Bokan# eastern part of Kurdistan. He studied in the cities of Bokan and Tebriz and eventually, he received his medical diploma in the year 1995 in Minsk the capital city of Belarus. From a young age, he was passionate about painting, writing, and translating. While studying at university, he prepared two Russian-Latin and Russian-Persian medical dictionaries and wrote a Russian biological dictionary in Persian, which are considered to be one of the first medical dictionaries that were written in the Persian language. Kamaran was the editor and the publisher of the first Persian language medical journal in the city of Minsk, Belarus. The magazine was eventually discontinued after the release of two issues due to Kamran's immigration to Europe.
