He was born in 1935 in #Saqiz#. He started his primary education in Saqiz. After his father's death, he moved to Tehran and received a diploma from Darul-Funoon Madrasah. He later entered the College of English Language and Literature of Tebriz University and received his bachelor's degree. After his success, he returned to Saqiz and Sanandaj and became a teacher in the city's schools It lasted for 30 years. However, a religious school was held in the afternoons, especially on Fridays, in the Demakaran Mosque in Saqiz. He played a good role in educating the youth of the city in religious and sufism studies. Now, whenever the name of the Demakaran Mosque is mentioned, the Shirazi family is remembered. The mosque was the resting place of the late Shirazi's father. Named Haji Abdullah Shirazi... This pious mystic of Saqiz region, unfortunately, passed away on #19-06-1989# in Babak Hospital of Tehran.
Shirazi's body was taken to the public cemetery with the participation of cultural figures, students, and friends, he was carried to the city's public cemetery despite the presence of a car.
In 1995, a memorial and conference was held for Rasoul Shirazi with the help of the Saqiz Guidance Department a number of writers participated in it, among them are Mustafa Keyvan, Fateh Mohammadi Namo, Hassan Amini, Darwish Fahimi and Mustafa Asur. Many other personalities delivered speeches. A musical concert was also held under the supervision of Saqiz marvelous artist Rasoul Mirzapour, they performed several concerts with the teacher's poetry. It was during this period that one of the streets of Saqiz, which was formerly called the Kwshtargyan, was named after the late Master Shirazi. Among his intellectual and literary works is a book called Zamzmay Mohibat which contains his poems and letters... which was published by his contemporary comrade Mr. Mohammad Amin Hoshmand and his family. There are a number of other works that have not yet been published.[1]
