He was born in 1973 in #Halabja# to a mullah family. He studied religion under his father and then his uncle (Qazi Jawanro, Mullah Hama Amini Hosseini Kalashi) in Iran. He completed his primary and secondary education in Islamic Primary School and the Islamic Institute of Halabja. After being displaced from Halabja in 1988 due to the chemical attack on Halabja, he studied in Iranian schools for two years. After returning, he studied at Shorsh High School in Sulaymaniyah and finally received a diploma from the Islamic Institute of Halabja, In 1997-1998, he received his bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, the College of Humanities, at Sulaymaniyah University and was employed as a research assistant in the same department.
He also holds several honorary degrees in philosophy and human rights from international and local universities and organizations, including UNOPs, Carleton University in Canada in collaboration with Sulaymaniyah University and the Wisdom Center for Philosophical Research The courses and programs he has attended are:
1- 48-hour course on political ontology and political philosophy at Sulaimani University in collaboration with Carleton University, Canada (22-08-2001).
2- A 35-hour course on postmodernism.
3- A 30-hour course on Plato's Modern Enemies
4- A 59-hour course on philosophy and the art of philosophizing.
5- A (68) hour course on love and the art of love. He completed all these courses with excellent grades and the Art of love course with excellent grades. In addition to his participation in several conferences, conferences, workshops and scientific courses as a lecturer and speaker, on human rights, civil society, and political Islam, with civil society organizations, the Academy of Security, the Institute of Civil Education, CDO and many other organizations He has more than ten years of experience in this field.
In 2007, he received a master's degree in Islamic philosophy and mysticism from the same department and college with excellent grades His master's thesis, published in Arabic by Suhrawardi House, is entitled Theory of Perennial Wisdom in Islamic Philosophy.
After receiving his master's degree in sociology, the College of Humanities, Sulaymaniyah University, he was appointed as an assistant professor. He taught Gateway to Philosophy, Civil Society, Human Rights, History of Social Thought, Sociology of Knowledge, Sociology of Religion, Philosophy, and Scientific Logic.
After completing his bachelor's degree, he became a research assistant at Sulaymaniyah University and the College of Humanities. He was the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Darwazai Ainda for several years, In 1999, he was seriously injured in a terrorist attack because of his writings and seminars on political Islam.
He was a member of the founding committee of Halabja Literary and Intellectual Center, the founding committee of Didga magazine, the founding committee of Enlightenment Research Association and the editor of Ruanga w Rakhna magazine, After he left the association due to intellectual disagreements with the journal's editorial board, He published the magazine Reform and its Arabic supplement Al-Aslah, he was the editor-in-chief of both publications. He is a member of the Academic Union and Teachers Union and has 14 years of experience in public offices.
As an assistant researcher at the university, deputy director of the Halabja Cultural Directorate, Ministry of Culture, teacher, department decision maker of the Department of Sociology of Sulaymaniyah University, member of the council of the College of Humanities, and Director of the College Registry and Faculty Representative in the College of Humanities.
In addition to the conferences, seminars, scientific and cultural conferences he has participated in and the articles and research he has published, he has a significant experience in research, writing and translation in various fields, including:
