He is the descendant of Mullah Girda and Mullah Mohammed Qamishi and he was born in the year 1966 in the city of Chwar Qwrna.
He studied at the Islamic Institute in Sulaimani and Baghdadi Sharia College until 1989.
From 1990-1998 he was a mullah in these mosques (Jafan, Gulak, Dawa) in Bitwen.
From 1998 to 2002, he was a teacher at the Islamic Institute of Shari'ah Sciences in Halabja. Also, he was the preacher of the mosque of Daralefa, Pasha. In 2002, he returned to Sulaimani and settled in Shafiq Beg Mosque.
He is a member of the Kurdistan Union of Journalists, Sulaymaniyah Branch.[1]
