He was born in #Saqiz# on the night of Newroz 1957. After going to school and receiving his military diploma, he was employed as a salaried employee in the Saqiz Medical Services Insurance Department. He is married and has two children. Mr. Mohammad's artistic career began in 1975 and 1976 when the Saqiz Cultural and Arts Center was established under the supervision of Habib Allanikbin, where Rashid Faiznejad, Rasoul Mirazapour and others performed. Mr. Mohammad Afshar was one of the young singers of Saqiz who lovingly participated in the artistic meetings of the cultural center. Mohammad Afshari is an expert in drums and three strings instrument. He has performed in many congresses, seminars and festivals in the country and abroad as a singer. Such as the sound and color of Mahabad, Sanandaj, Tehran. Kurdish Section of Tehran Programs Audio and color programs of the Kurdish section of Sanandaj such as (Moonlight, Poems and Songs, Gulbzher). He also traveled to European countries where he presented a program in Belgium with the participation of Goran Muzsion and his friends. He has held several concerts in Saqiz, Bokan and Mahabad. He has actively participated in the first provincial festival of Sayed Ali Asghari Kurdistani
He has performed at the Argavazi Congress of Payam Noori University of Ilam with the help of Saqiz Music Band.
He participated in the Farzanagan Congress held in Sanandaj under the supervision of Hossein Yousef Zamani.
He has also participated in the regional folklore festival in Shiraz as a Kurdish singer.
Mr. Mohammad Afshari as an expert singer of musical instruments has chosen his own style and close to the artist Khaleqi and more believes in how the artist presents the work, not what to say!
Some of the songs that Mohammad Afshari is known for are: (Nasimi Sardi Payizi, Chang Wa Oodunay, Sozi Evin, Blueri Shuan).
His works such as (Blueri Shuan, Gulekm Boo, Shorakizh...) are some new and unreleased songs that he hopes to release soon to lovers of original Kurdish songs.[1]
