The Political and Military personnel Qadir Qadir Ali Ahmad joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces in 1962. He was a delegate to the 8th (1970) and 9th (1979) congresses. In 1999, he became a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP).
In 1989, he became a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in the 10th (1989), 11th (1993), and 12th (1999) congresses. In 2010, he was elected as a reserve member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) Leadership Council at the 13th Congress. Qadir Qadir was born in 1951 in Sulaymaniyah. He is a high school second-grade graduate. In 1992, he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Peshmerga in the Kurdistan Regional Government. He is fluent in Kurdish, Persian, and Arabic.

Qadir Qadir joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces in 1962 and was promoted to commander in 1964. He participated in the Battle of Yalanqoz Zewa (1964), Khalkhalan (1965) and Darbandi Ranya (1965). In 1969, he was wounded in the Battle of Bakrajo. In 1974, he was appointed commander of the fourth battalion of the Khabat forces. He was displaced to Iran in 1975 after the collapse of the September Revolution. He held various military and political positions during his career. In 1988, he participated in the Battle of Khawkurk and was appointed a member of the preparatory committee of the 10th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). He was a delegate to the Eighth (1970) and Ninth (1979) Congresses, In 1989, he became a member of the Central Committee of the 10th (1989), 11th (1993), and 12th (1999) Congresses. In 2010, he was elected as a reserve member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) Leadership Council at the 13th Congress. In 1991, he participated in the liberation of South Kurdistan in Sulaymaniyah province. In 1992, he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Peshmerga in the Kurdistan Regional Government.[1]
