Hakim Jawad Salih Newroz Effendi was born in 1957 in #Rawandz# .
In 1983-1984, he graduated from the College of Law and Politics, Department of Law, Baghdad University and obtained a bachelor's degree.
In 1984 he became a Peshmerga and in 1989 he was a member of the founding committee of the Kurdistan Rights Defenders Union in the mountains.
He was also a revolutionary judge for a while.
In 1996, he was appointed as the director of Rawandz.
In 2001-2002, he was the director of Balisan village. He was one of the descendants of Wasta Rajab the Weaponsmith.
Hakim Jawad was a struggler and a talented writer. He published two books during his lifetime, in addition to hundreds of articles in magazines, newspapers, and websites.
Hakim Jawad is writing a book on the will and recommendation of Nawshirwan Mustafa called Wasta Rajab The Great Weaponsmith, as he mentioned in the book and in press statements.
In 1987, he met The martyr Nawshirwan Mustafa in Warte. After they met, Nawshirwan Mustafa asked him to collect all the information about Wasta Rajab, a weaponsmith during the reign of Mir Mohammed Pasha of Rawandz, and publish it in a book. Hakim Jawad said that he had never forgotten the request of Nawshirwan Mustafa, so after many years he fulfilled his wish and published the book. He presented the book to the soul of Nawshirwan Mustafa through a Sbay magazine reporter in Rawandz.
Another book called Sarbar Grantra la Bnbar! The book criticizes the use of foreign words in Kurdish culture and language and believes that the use of foreign words has harmed the original Kurdish language. Hakim Jawad is a descendant of Wasta Rajab. Wasta Rajab was a Weaponsmith during the Soran Emirate when Mir Mohammed Pasha of Rawandz, also known as Pasha Kora, was the Emir of the Empire and Rawandz was the capital of the Soran Emirate.
